Jeffery Alan Whitlock

Jeffery Allen Whitlock, age 54, of Asheboro, passed away on May 30th 2024. Jeff was born in Winston Salem, NC on September 20, 1969 to Dennis Whitlock and Sandra Kay Wright Brooks.

He was an avid fan of the Atlantic Braves, NC State and of course the one and only, Pittsburgh Steelers! Jeff spent most of his time in the great outdoors and you could usually find him tinkering with his lawnmowers or taking care of his “little farm” with his fiancé, Ashley Hill. Before Jeff’s health began to decline, he very much enjoyed hunting and fishing when time allowed. Jeff also loved helping his neighbors in any way that he could lend a hand. Whether it be mowing their yard, plowing a field or helping with the farm animals, Jeff was always willing to jump in wherever he was needed.

Jeff is proceeded in death by his parents and baby Whitlock.

Jeff is survived by his fiancé, Ashley Hill, of Asheboro; children, Keifer Perry of Trinity, Sarah Rebecca (Reid) of Texas, and Molly Shutt of Durham; stepchildren, Isaiah and Ashlyn Coffey of Asheboro; siblings, Tom White Jr (Megan) of Sophia and Mandy Thomason (Michael) of Lexington; uncle, Lane Wright of Asheboro; three beautiful grandbabies; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews who loved him very much.
