Kristi Lane

Ms. Kristi Lane, 50, of Prospect Street, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023. She was born in Davidson County, NC to Joyce Canady and the late Hearl Canady on December 1, 1972. 

Kristi was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and will be missed by many.

Kristi was preceded in death by her father,  Hearl Canady and two nephews, Wayne Hall and Christopher Grubb.

She leaves behind a son Cory Lane and significant other, Stephanie; daughter, Ashley Echerd and husband, Travis; beloved fiancé, Jose; mother, Joyce Canady; two sisters, Esther Hall and Michelle Suggs and husband, Scott; brother, Terry Hall; three nieces, Misty Hall and husband, Adam, Cassie Grubb, and Taylor Hall; two nephews, Randy Grubb and Tanner Hall; six grandchildren, Roselyn and Aubrey Echerd, Kay Kay, Zay Zay, Jo Jo, and Eli Lane; two great nieces, Leann and Tori Grubb, and great nephew Brantley Hall.
